The Time Beacon transmits GPS time information wired/wireless to LV-Sensors. This allows them to synchronize their measurements with sub-microsecond accuracy.
LV-Sensors come in 2 types: voltage sensors and current sensors. The voltage sensors can measure 3-phase up to 600V. Current sensors have a measurement range that can go up to 400A depending on the type of split-core CT (60A, 200A, 400A) on 4 channels (L1, L2, L3, N).
